This plan balances excess and deficient energies so adapting to emotional, mental, spiritual, recreational, relationship, or food-borne illness is positive and recovery is long lasting. Originally taught by Daoist practitioners and now with over 2,500 years of comprehension that the five elements Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water are alive within us. Such wisdom expands our quality of life so we may eat to balance & nourish our organs and life.

Community: Group Clinic Calls

Our video group discussions occur three days of the week. Three topics are chosen from Medicine, Intuition, Relationship & Resilience, Action, Kindness, Love & Leadership, & Empathy and will be hosted online during the week. Connection, support of one another, and a skillful listening experience with our transformation work is able to bud beautiful friendships to continue throughout time in a vibrant collaborative learning style.

Energy Session: One-to-One

Fascia and local muscles at superficial, mid, or deep levels react to these subtle bioelectric stimuli with a physiological balancing response. Normal biochemical processes and internal regulation become restored from just 30+ minutes on the treatment table. Our sessions may include moxa bustion ( heat treatment) , cupping, or tuī ná (“push-pull” medical massage) which are traditional in these sessions to destagnate Qi (“energy”) flow your body.

Natural Medicine Part 1: Herbal Treatment Plan

We pick quality formulas from classic clinical schools of Shāng Hán Lùn (“On Cold Damage”), Jīnguì Yào lüè (“Essential Prescriptions of the Golden Cabinet”), Tang Ye Jing, and Traditional Chinese Medicine that promotes your emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical wellbeing. Our guiding principle in planning is that your body nature is the first doctor and as your provider we act as second doctor.

Nourishing Life:
Yang Shen Meditations & Physical Training

Nueroplasticity of our brain can be promoted with skillful, slow, movements. In this state of moving meditation the resting part of our nervous system, “parasympathetic,” may emerge. With breath and presence, an interconnectedness, and a fresh perspetive takes form. Behaviors are changed. Clearing of negative thinking pattern as well as the release of stagnant emotions may open new doors.

Stillness is where you can feel peaceful, love, and connection. It when time expands and co-creation of healing, recovery occurs. When you sleep you are the most metabolically active and it’s also the time your body repairs itself. This is also good for your spirit, mind, and emotions.

Names sounds share the mindset we grasp in our lives. Our interpretation reveals subsconscious influences around matters that define you –emotions, relationships, work & money, personality– to guide prosperous thinking and behaviors.

You may require 3 hours each week. Clinics may be 30 minutes to 1 hr in length, then practice can be implemented for around 2 hours a week, or 15 minutes / day. What you put into this is what you will get out of it.

Prescriptions are additional costs.

Clinic video calls are 30 minutes in length on Monday & Wednesday. Friday clinic will be 90 minutes.
